Welcome to Sunset Ranch! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just minutes from Sedona. This listing is brand new to Airbnb and we are opening the calendar for reservations starting August 12th while we finish up all the lovely details throughout this unique space and completely private 2-acre property. Enjoy breathtaking views surrounding the entire property located off of Page Springs Road and backing up to Green Gate state land trails.
The space
At Sunset Ranch, enjoy being within a mile or two of the many wineries located on Page Springs Road, including Page Springs Cellars, Oak Creek Vineyards, Javelina Leap, D.A. Ranch, and coming soon Cove Mesa Vineyards. You will be just a short drive to Sedona and enjoy beautiful views of Jerome and Red Rock right from the property. The entire 2 acres is gated and completely private to create a great escape from a busy lifestyle and to enjoy the outdoors.

This cute and cozy house has been updated with trendy and unique furnishings, bold colors, and many comforts of a home. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub while soaking in the sunset views. Light a delightful wood fire in our largest size solo stove and relax in the homemade Adirondack chairs. This is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Verde Valley.

An addition to the unique space, the property has a 1200 foot dome garage called a Quonset that we are converting into a recreational space complete with gym, bar, lounge furniture, games including pool and poker tables. The garage will not be available until around October.

Horse owners, stay tuned and add this listing to your favorites because we are up-fitting the property to welcome your horse/s as a future equine travel destination. Enjoy saddling up and taking your horse for rides right from the private back entrance to Green Gate trails.

Hidden Gem in Wine Country

We were a small group of women who took a break from wifin’ and mommin’ and stayed here for a wine tasting weekend. The property is well-groomed and the house is so fabulously decorated! The hosts thought of every little detail. There are chickens on the property and the hosts left us some treats and food to give to them which was a surprising highlight. We enjoyed the hot tub (super clean and hot!) and the fire pit right beside it really set the perfect tone for a fabulous evening! We will be back!

Cornville visit

It was a fun little place to stay. Close to all of our adventures for the weekend yet vet private. Very clean with everything you need in the home to prepare meals, even farm fresh eggs from chickens on the property. Super nice hosts, made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely go back on our next visit to the Cornville area.
