Kick back and relax into this calm, comfortable Old School stylish space that is your home away from home.
This inviting 2 bedroom and 1 bath Ranch Style house is fully furnished including a washer & dryer.
One bedroom has a King size bed the other bedroom has a Full size bed with a 3D electric fireplace and a large flat screen TV in each room and the Living room.
You're only minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, the Starlight theater, nice shopping areas, the beautiful Plaza, the Chiefs and Royals stadiums!!!
Not suitable for children or pets.
No Firearms of any kind allowed inside this property.

Quiet Time is 1 am to 6 am inside or out. The city noise ordinances are in effect for the neighborhood. Bag all trash and place it in the trash bins.
Absolutely No Smoking or vaping of Any Kind Allowed inside the house!!! No Butts outside. Please flush only toilet paper and body waste down toilet.

Stayed for 5 days, Arrowhead and Kauffman are a 15min drive and the KC zoo is even closer! Everything you would want to do in KC is 20min or less away.Host is amazing, friendly, easy to talked with, and very accommodating.

Peaceful Stay

Check-in was very easy, the location was near everything we planned to do, and the property was clean. The host was also super helpful. In a moment of absentmindedness, I left something at the property. He found it and is sending it to me which is above and beyond what you'd get at a hotel!

The place was HORRIBLE, bugs everywhere and hair in the drain and just dirty and gross. Then that first night we heard gun shots and police everywhere. We woudl not have even stayed the first night but it was 1 am before we arrived and we had not choice. I would like to disucss gettign a refund for this stay

The Three C's

The experience was great. The owner was friendly in their communications and prompt. The house was adorable and had everything I needed. I felt safe and secure. I ended up coming by myself due to a reckless driver running into my best friend. I have a lot of friends in KC so it worked out. Overall the experience was great and reasonable.

Overall it was ok. TV in the bedroom is analog & couldn’t find any channels. Too much furniture in 1st bedroom, could barely walk around the bed. Just suggestions.

Comfy and cozy

Cute little bungalow. I love old bungalow type places so this was right up my alley. I was looking for a can opener and when I text the host to see if there was one there he said probably not but he brought one right over. Now that was Service.

Nice & Decent

The Pros: 2 nice bdrms, washer & dryer, nice sized kitchen, great water pressure in the shower, very comfortable double reclining loveseat, nice decor, easy to find, bonus fireplaces in livingroom & both bdrms comfy & cozy The Cons: Lots of outside bugs were found inside (ie what we used to call roly polys almost everywhere, some dead some still alive BUT they did have a few cans of bug spray so I feel like they are aware of this issue, a big water bug ran under the fridge which my husband was able to kill, ants on the shower wall coming from loose tiles where the faucet handles are), no dishwasher, no vent/light above the stove, very old house, bedroom #1 is too small for what's in there (TV should go on the wall so there's no difficulty walking in the tiny space at the foot of the bed), no matter how the blinds are closed you can see inside the house at night, too many remotes for the electronics devices (TVs, sound bars, cable boxes, fireplaces), ice/water dispenser on fridge not hooked up (but they do have bags of ice & ice trays in the freezer already) All in all we had a nice time. The owner does have a red folder with very detailed information for anything extra you may need & that's a definite plus. Would we stay again? Honestly, if we couldn't find any other option we would be happy to stay. Not saying we would settle. We would know what to expect & make the best of it. This is not a bad review & I hope it doesnt come across that way. I just want to give a clear
