ABOUT THE HOME - This amazing 3/2 waterfront home will cater to all your vacation desires whether it's working or playing. Step into this open floor plan consisting of the living and dining room, as the office space and kitchen are located just around the corner. The office has a large electric stand/sit desk, dual monitors, and white board. Towards the back of the house lives the master bedroom - 1 king bed, ensuite, and oversized master closet. Off the main living area, you can find another full bath, laundry room, and 2 other bedrooms (1 queen & 2 twins). The 3rd bedroom can easily be converted into a bedroom, 2nd office, or workout space based on your needs. The room hosts a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses, large desk, gym flooring squares & resistance bands.

Let’s talk about THE AMAZING VIEW AND BACKYARD! Beautiful saltwater & heated pool, outdoor dining, seating area & tv, grill, games, spacious yard, and large dock. We only allow boats to tie up to the dock, no lift access. This property sits on the largest canal in Dana Shores! Frequent sightings of dolphins, manatees, and stingrays right off the dock! For a more scenic view of the Old Tampa Bay waterways, take out the 2 kayaks. PET FRIENDLY: Property features a doggy door that can be closed off, $150 pet fee & must clean up yard after pet. MUST BE DOG FRIENDLY as we share a short picket fence with neighbors who have dogs.

PROPERTY RULES/NOTES - Strict NO PARTY property! Guests that avoid any policies are subject to immediate evection with no refunds. Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the home that may not be turned off or tampered with. (Front yard, pool/backyard area - cameras are required by insurance & serve a security purpose. Footage only reviewed if an issue has occurred). Lawn, pool, & other services come by weekly, not optional to opt out of. A/C restrictions with a max of 72F lowest temp. Please be aware mosquitoes may be restless, as it is Florida. Pet Fee: $150 per stay (max of 3) & must clean up yard after pet before departure, fee may apply if not cleaned up. Cannot use boat lift, can only tie up to dock. Property's Plumbing has thin pipes, DO NOT dispose of anything besides toilet paper down toilets & only small scrapes down kitchen sink. You will be responsible for any negligence regarding this rule.

Liability Waivers MUST be signed & returned before entering property. Please inquiry about any needed early check-in & late check-out, not guaranteed only based on availability. If departure is past agreed upon time, fees will incur ($50 per hour).
