Fab Mid Century Cathedral Cove Pool Home with Stunning Mountain Views
Lovely remodeled home with an entirely private backyard with a view of San Jacinto. There is a new saltwater pool and spa and a spacious lawn. There is also a pergola with a hammock and swinging chair. The house is just far enough up the hill in the cove to have a partial city view, but within walking proximity to the Mary Pickford theater and surrounding restaurants. The Cathedral City Cove is an ideal desert location and great for neighborhood walks.
The master bedroom has a new king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and an entrance to the pool area. The front bedroom has a new queen bed. The third bedroom/den has a giant sofa lounge with an entrance to the backyard. The second bathroom has a tub and shower. There are four smart TVs in the home and the third bedroom/den may also be used as an office. The WIFI is fast (test avg is 472 MPS). Minimum 30-night stay. We do accept dogs, but not cats.
