ON-PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION PRICING: Owner is building a casita for future use, thus there will be ongoing construction noise and personnel that may be bothersome to some guests. However, if you want to benefit from the lower pricing, with this 3 bedroom home with private pool in the centre of town, this property is for you!
The home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of town.
There is a owner’s casita being built on the land currently (estimated date of completion end of October). The owner may occupy this space on occasion however, if she is, she will be there but respect your space. And of course she can also be a great resource for things in town should you wish to reach out to her!
Once in, the front area meets guests right away with a beautiful pool. Guests can literally come from the streets, rinse off, and jump right into the pool.
Towards the back of the home is the entrance to this 2 level home. The 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms lie on the first floor, all with their own ensuite bathroom and plenty of closet space. One with a king size bed, the other two with queen beds.
Upstairs is an open living space that include a full kitchen, living room with large screen tv, and dining area. Perfect for the whole group to hangout and unwind. But the best feature is a walkout balcony where guests can sit and enjoy their own happy hour at sunset. Did we mention there is a view of the ocean as well, especially during dry season?
Other little bonuses include a laundry room with a washer and dryer which will be open to guests' use. Furthermore, this property is equipped with a water filtration system, tank, and pump for guests' peace of mind.
Guests have access to all areas of the home. There are a few closet spaces that are locked to keep supplies organized and safe.
On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This property has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.
We want guests to enjoy this property to the fullest. However, we also expect guests to be respectful of it and to treat it as if it's their own. Please read the house rules carefully and ensure they are understood and agreed to by the whole group.
Any damages or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest outside of normal wear and tear. Please note for lost keys and controls for the parking gate, there will be a charge of $10 per key lost and $300 for remote lost.
