The spacious layout is perfect for families and groups with two living rooms featuring large smart TVs, gas fireplaces, heated floors, a modern high-end kitchen, a large deck with plenty of seating, a natural gas grill, and main level and lower level walkout patios. Plus, feel free to use the ample ski storage in the garage.
Rest easy in one of the four bedrooms split across two levels. All bedrooms have new bedding & decor plus flat screen TVs. The Primary King Suite on the main level offers a large ensuite bathroom and total privacy. Head downstairs for three more bedrooms including a second King Suite, a King bedroom, and bunk room that is perfect for the kiddos. At the end of your fun day, take happy hour out to the amazing private 10 person hot tub on the lower level patio and soak in the show stopping views of Winter Park Resort.
Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on main level, Second King Suite on lower level, King bedroom on lower level, and bunk room with a Twin/Twin bunk and a Full/Full bunk on the lower level. Plus, an additional King sleeper sofa in lounge. Sleeps up to 12 guests.
