Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, private driveway, carport, front patio, and outdoor shower. Also, a 7-minute walk to the Halifax River with private community dock for fishing, kayak, sunsets, etc. 5-min drive to shops, dining, grocery, parks, playgrounds; and an easy 12-minute drive down A1A to neighboring Daytona Beach. Enjoy daily spectacular ocean sunrises and gorgeous river sunsets, all while relaxing in peace on a friendly, quiet street and town.
