Secluded Lakefront Home! Newly renovated fan favorite in top location!

Secluded, serene and spacious home on the West side of Canandaigua Lake! Freshly renovated and decorated in the fall of 2020, be one of our first guests to enjoy this home on an acre lot at the end of a private drive. Walk to Onanda Park for hiking or sledding, visit one of the many wineries, ski nearby Bristol Mt or Hunt Hollow or simply stay inside and relax! The views will astound you. Wifi, new TVs, wine chiller for you to stock.

The space
This year round ranch home with finished walk out lower level (total 3826 sq. ft) provides 150 ft of PRIVATE lake frontage. It is situated at the end of a private drive and has million dollar lake views. There are 10 renovated rooms to enjoy. The master suite is located on the first floor for those who can't manage stairs. The other bedrooms are in the lower level with prime lake views as well. With fresh decor and updated style, this home won't disappoint.
Other things to note
We don’t allow guests to host parties or weddings. We aren’t set up well for that. Please look carefully at sleeping arrangements and message us before booking to make sure we can accommodate your guests’ needs. The max number of adults is 8 or 10 if they share a bedroom(8) and utilize the sofa bed (10). Thank you.

Excellent property for family trip

This property was absolutely the best we have stayed at. Great amenities. Lots of room and very clean. My only suggestion is to have a couple of towels in the kitchen for drying dishes. The host was quick to respond to any question we had.

Amazing home!

I stayed at this beautiful lakefront home for a few days with my family, brother, and parents this past week and had an amazing time. My only regret was not booking the house for longer! There is ample space for multiple families/family members to comfortably relax and the view of the lake is stunning. The property owner was responsive and great to interact with. My family and I highly recommend this home and hope to come back again in the near future!

Great Lake House vacation

Our family stayed in this house for a week for our family vacation. The host is easy to reach and helpful. The house has plenty of space, great amenities, and lots of creature comforts like throw blankets and pillows. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is good, there is a Keurig and an automatic drip coffee maker. Waking up to sunrise on the lake is an experience in and of itself, but the lake is beautiful any time of day and any weather. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the deck. There were two kayaks and a paddle boat available at the house. One of the days, we rented a boat down the street and were able to dock it right there. As you can see from the pictures, there are a lot of steps down to the dock, but that was fine for us. We also liked how the dining tables and seating areas were able to accommodate our family. It is drivable to local attractions, just over an hour to Watkin's Glen and Corning, and there are many activities closer to Canandaigua that we enjoyed as well. Overall, we had a very nice time and would recommend this place.

The Perfect R&R

We are opening a restaurant in Rochester and really needed a short getaway to reset. This was the perfect spot. Secluded, tranquil, and beautiful. But it’s really all about that hot tub!
