This is a semi-detached house with its own entrance and no shared space.

No smoking in the house, on the deck, or in the backyard. Must be 15ft away.

Please be mindful, the neighbor next door has a medical condition is highly sensitive to smoke.

Trash day is every Wednesday

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

The property was clean and comfortable with an excellent ocean view. There was a bit of construction in the area (as it appears the pier and nearby roads were damaged by a storm) but it was not really much of a problem. We had a very relaxing stay; the sound of the waves crashing on the seawall was a treat, and the sunsets were spectacular.

This property was very clean and mostly comfortable. The street was closed and we moved barricades to get to it. The garage was blocked by a 1 foot board that we had to step over every time we entered. To exit you had to drive the wrong way on a one way street. The ocean view was beautiful and I was able to see humpbacks. Sunsets were also beautiful.

This property was right on the ocean but no beach access. Unfortunately the pier and the road to the south of the property were closed for construction. And there was construction on the property next door (duplex). The property is nice but a bit “tired.” Communication with the host was excellent as they regularly checked in to inquire if we needed anything. August may not be the best time to visit the coast.

The property was very clean when we arrive. Instructions were very clear. The location across the street from the ocean was very nice and the property was very close to running and hiking trails. This property is well suited for 6 to 8 people and we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The location of this house is amazing to be right next to the ocean! Sunsets every night from the balcony are beautiful. One word of caution, no fault of the rental company, the 2 neighboring houses do NOT like the fact that this is a vacation rental home. Both houses have signs that indicate and the one neighbor is extremely rude about and will tell you that you shouldn’t be here. Even with that being said, we enjoyed our stay!

We all enjoyed our stay and would do it again. It was very enjoyable to walk along the beach in the morning or evening, although it did smell like fish. House is a great location. Accommodations worked great for us. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Garage was blocked off from use but we were able to park on the driveway. Place was clean and comfortable.

Appreciated the location in the view. Accommodations were comfortable and also appreciated having a plan pack and that it was pet friendly. Only suggestion I’d give is to include a child gate, as the stairs are pretty intense. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

You didn't have any patio furniture so we couldn't even sit in the backyard and the back yard was a mess, and the next door neighbor is very unpleasant. But other than that, it was very pleasant. And the view was awesome.

The property was in a nice location. The neighbors (both in the condo next door and to the right) are vehemently against short term rentals. Pacifica is trying to pass legislation to stop STRs in general (I was not aware). The pier across the street is completely out of order, and I think it's being demolished. None of this is in the property owners power, but other folks should know before renting. The property is the other side of a duplex. The neighbors are quiet, but one is not super friendly. He was quick to say rude things to the ladies in my group, not so much with me. The check-in process was cumbersome. I am not sure if this is a CA thing, but I had to send copies of my ID, a picture of the CC I used, and a picture of my signature written out. I have NEVER had to do any of this before, and I have traveled all over the place (HI, Europe, Japan, Africa, NYC, TX, ID, WA, OR, etc). I arrived later on the check in date and hadn't received any check-in instructions. Upon calling the number (not listed on the website Marbella sends out, or any other feasible way to contact that I could tell) for Marbella (found buried on VRBO), I was told that they sent me an additional email (it went to spam) at some point looking for a picture of my signature written out. I had to go into a restaurant and ask for a pen and scratch paper and text a photo of my signature to a random # (my phone listed as "potential spam". Again, not sure if this is mandated in CA (I don't stay here often).
