Mountain View Beach House is a newly furnished and renovated home in Manchester Ca. (Irish Beach) on the Mendocino coast with private, tranquil & relaxing coastal mountain views and private access to Irish Beach and nearby Pomo lake.

The house is perfectly angled to watch the amazing views of clouds rolling into and over the coastal mountains and is just a short walk across the street to the lake. Deer, Foxes, and Quail visit the yard daily, but our favorite part of the house is the giant majestic cypress tree on the East side of the home.
It is conveniently located between Mendocino and Gualala with just a 40-minute drive to each. Hike through redwood forests just 30 minutes away.

The house has a hot tub perfectly situated inside the fenced in backyard, allowing you to enjoy a beautiful mountain view while at the same time keeping your privacy. Using the hot tub at night? No problem, just turn on the string lights and enjoy the ambience.

Coffee Lover? We got you covered with a fully stocked Coffee Bar with K Cups, whole beans, tea, cream, sugar, espresso machine, grinder, and French press. We also include to go cups to take your coffee with you as you head off to explore the coast, nearby wineries, or just heading out to breakfast.

Working while on vacation? No problem, plug your laptop into the dual monitor and keyboard set up. (Be sure to bring your own mouse).

Have an electric vehicle? You came to the right place. Drive into the two-car garage and plug it in to the level 2 fast charger for free!

Wooden crib, pack and play crib, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, and outlet covers are always present in the home to make your travel more convenient.

The house also has radiant floor heating, which is quiet, allergy friendly, and creates a more gradual, consistent, and comfortable temperature.

Included is a fully stocked kitchen, large washer and dryer, bath towels, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, propane BBQ grill, and board games.

Each bedroom is equipped with a 32" SmartTV, brand new beds and linens, USB ports in each nightstand, and portable fans, heaters, and extra blankets so you have everything you need to feel just right.

Remote Beach Access Getawy

The house was perfect for a getaway from the city. We enjoyed walks on the beach, relaxing in the hot tub, and watching deer in the yard. Communication was excellent…both for how to work everything in the house and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The house was spacious and comfortable for everyone in my family. Great stay on the coast

The property was just as advertised. Nice house very clean and the hot tub was lovely. Not a far drive to Point Arena for dinner or a short trip to Anderson Valley for wine tasting we would definitely stay here again

Really wonderful getaway!

Phillip was an awesome host and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, the coffee bar was delightful, comfortable beds, and the property was private, beautiful, and well-maintained. We also LOVED the access to Irish Beach. We had an excellent stay here and would love to return some day!

This Irish Beach house exceeded our expectations. It was so nice we booked an extra day. It has plenty of room for multiple families to enjoy their own space. The hot tub was so relaxing at the end of a beautiful day on the private access beach. Loved the coffee bar!!!

Beautiful Christmas Stay

We set up a Christmas tree in the corner of the large living room windows and enjoyed a wonderful Christmas week. House is beautiful and modern. Neighborhood is very friendly and centrally located on the coast. Deer visited us every day roads were pleasant and safe to stroll on.

A Cozy Getaway

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful property for 4 nights and had a great time. To start, the architecture and layout is very pleasant. The windows throughout provide tranquil views and the access to Irish Beach is a major plus. Philip (Owner) made checking in a breeze, and was always available to communicate with during our stay. There are too many things to like about it to name. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a beach getaway with modern updates in a unique location, and plenty of ammenities.

Beautiful elegant peaceful

My dear friend and her two girls and my pup had a lovely time at Philip’s house. The house was gorgeous and modern and cozy and just as described. The hot tub and patio was just right after good days at the beach. The walk to the beach through the neighborhood was great for the pup and the littles. Philip was an excellent host. We will be back!

Great vacation

Lovely Getaway from the City

This was our second time and this beautiful home. This time we were able to enjoy the hot tub and ping pong. We took a drive to along the cost and stopped by some amazing places for food and shopping. We felt really cared for by the property manager. 5 star stay for us

Comfortable home

Our favorite perk while staying at the Irish Beach home was access to the beach. It’s a beautiful, long beach with huge driftwood and a gated entrance. We spent hours there. We also enjoyed the deer and quail that forage in the yard, right outside the big living room windows. Philip is an attentive and helpful host. We would be happy to stay again.

Real Vacation Spot

Host is very warm and considerate. The home is very well laid out with all the amenities. For us, the EV charger was the game changer :) Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of hiking and drives to enjoy on the beautiful CA- 1. Highly recommended.

A tranquil getaway space.

This home was immaculate, the owners were very attentive and avaiable by email, and they seemed very motivated to ensure that everything promised was delivered on. We spent a quiet family Thanksgiving in this well laid out house and the location was perfectly situated between densely forested hills and the immensely strollable Irish Beach.

Perfect!

Wonderful and rare find to have 2 king beds (two men in our group were 6'4"--they can cope with smaller beds but this is so nice for more comfort), a hot tub--what a treat, and the coffee bar, and the private beach access...that's a lot of perks! A wonderful gem in the amazing coastal town of Manchester! Cooking was a pleasure, everything you need was available and findable! Perfect for us.

Perfect Accommodating Getaway

The host was kind enough to provide detailed directions when I had some questions before our arrival. Hot Tub was nice and hot for when we arrived. The beds were so comfortable and seemed brand new. Everything worked great, no issues with anything at all. Access to private Irish Beach was a bonus. The market, "S&B", south on Highway 1 had everything we needed for our meals. Visited Fort Bragg for the day. So glad we made the trip!

Best place in Manchester!

We just spent an amazing weekend here. Everything from booking to checkout was smooth with zero problems. Philip was incredibly fast in his communication throughout. The place was spotless clean when we got there. In addition to all the perks associated with Irish beach, this place had a clean and amazing hot tub, a legit coffee bar (it was above and beyond anything we have seen before) and to top it all has an EV charger. We were two families and were able to bring our EVs to the trip, thanks to this. Will return for sure!

Irish Beach Get-a-way

This house was very comfortable and met all our needs and wants with the exception of the dishwasher. Clear instructions were provided, however we were unable to start it. The buttons for operating the dishwasher responded with lighting up, but it would not start for unknown reasons. A box or two of Kleenex and a package of paper napkins would make a nice addition. The coffee bar and spa were wonderful. Also, beds were very comfortable. A broom with dust pan would allow sweeping sand off front entrance as well.

Book Philip's place now! Our best vacation rental experience ever.

We had an incredible time at Philip's Mountain View Beach House. We booked a trip to celebrate a family birthday out in the coast. Philip was super responsive from the beginning, giving detailed instructions on check in (via an electronic door lock with a code) and even going so far as to give restaurant info (including daily hours!). This was very helpful, as cell signal is spotty along the Mendocino coast. The home itself is quite new, is spacious, and gets lots of natural light even through the fog. It's difficult to be stressed out at this house, but if you insist on it Philip even has a work-from-home set up available for use with two massive curved monitors (better than my home set up!). All areas of the home are clearly labeled (kitchen cabinets, board games, etc) and everything was super clean. We slept super well, partially due to the quiet area and the super comfortable beds. There's even access to a private beach and a fully stocked coffee bar with french press, drip coffee, and espresso options. And a 40 AMP EV charger (charged a Model 3 at 35 mi/hr) to make trips up and down the coast no problem at all. You literally have it all here. All in all it was an amazing time, and Philip takes great care in ensuring his guests are happy during their stay. It's difficult to find truly great hosts today, but when you do it's really the difference between having a fun trip and having a truly great experience. I will absolutely be back.
