This 3-Bed 3-Bath House can accommodate 6 guests and pets are ok. Fabulous 3 BR - 3BA pool - spa home overlooking the 12th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus private course in PGA West......Views of the Santa Rosa Mountains......Comes complete with 4 TV's - DVD's, 3 car garage, linens, towels, fireplace, washer - dryer, fully stocked kitchen and all the conveniences of home. The master bedroom comes with King bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet; bedroom #2 comes with Queen bed and also ensuite bathroom; bedroom #3 has a queen bed......Perfect for 2 or 3 couples or family of 6. Small dogs ok....but please check with the owner. We love to golf and what better location than PGA West right on the 12th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus private course.
