An entertainment center with 46' Hi Def TV with HD DVR, Apple TV box, free HBO, BluRay w/ WiFi, gas fireplace, and a wet bar with granite counter top, refrigerator and an abundance of comfortable seating for you and all your guests, completes the ambiance.

The kitchen, with its natural wood cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel refrigerator, is a gourmet cooks dream. It enjoys its own golf course view, and for added convenience, its own separate patio entrance. Dinner can be served in the casual dining area off the kitchen, or in the formal dining room.

The directions on how to heat the spa weren’t clear. The overall appearance of the kitchen is very dated. Pots, pans and cooking utensils were worn and not always cleaned thoroughly. The view of the mountains and the golf course were outstanding.

Phil's property feels like home to us! We've been coming here for four years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. The property is particularly special within PGA West because it seems to be the only house with a hot tub and a pool, AND a view of the illuminated mountains at night. This place is heaven and Phil is a lovely host.Can't wait for next year!

Great getaway!

House was beautiful with plenty of room and bathrooms for all! Spa was just what we needed after walking 3 days at Stagecoach! Only suggestion I would make is putting a full/queen bed in the third room. We had two adults using the twin beds. Was a little tight.

Desert get away

Lovely home, we enjoyed sitting in the backyard in the evening. The kitchen has everything you need. The homeowner was very helpful when we needed some help with the TV. We would recommend this wonderful home.

Wonderful One Week Vacation!

Our family spent a wonderful week at Phil's home for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very spacious with a great layout, and it was clean and well stocked. Many rentals we have stayed at have little by the way of spices, toiletries, coffee etc, but Phil had thought of everything. That was so appreciated! The view is beautiful too. Phil was very responsive whenever anything came up. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolute paradise

Had our name been on the list with the security guards at the front gate, I would have given it a 5 star for checking in. Once we contacted VRBO, Phil responded and the rest was fabulous. Glorious setting, pool, spa, friendly community, well stocked kitchen and the beds and pillows were THE BEST! Phil was great to work with and extremely helpful with things to do and places to eat.

Wonderful vacation choice

This home located in PGA West- private Palmer Residences -was superb! Perfect for our two couples with tons of room and elegant appointments. Could easily accommodate a full family as there were additional rooms and another full bath. Views and hot tub are spectacular- we even spotted Big Horn sheep on the side of the mountain. Great area for golf, walks and bike rides, or to just hang, drink some wine and read novels! The owner Phil was 100% responsive and available. Made our stay ultra-enjoyable. We will come back again!

Third year staying here and not stopping anytime soon!

We just adore this property! We stay here every year for Coachella and it is the trip we look forward to most every year! The location is a dream - it's in the PGA West golf course, and it overlooks the part of the mountains that light up at night. The view is just stunning. The house is large and comfortable. It has amenities like a pool, hot tub, a huge primary suite, and a very comfortable living room. Phil is a great host, he's always available if you have questions and he's super friendly and helpful! This was our third time staying here and I can't wait to return next year!

Best Spot in La Quinta

This is my second time staying at Phil's lovely home! We stayed for two weeks and still didn't want to leave. There's nothing like waking up and having an iced coffee in the hot tub while overlooking the mountains. Bliss. This location is unbeatable - PGA West is awesome because you can look out and be entertained by the golfers all day, but it's also incredibly private and quiet so it feels like a real oasis. Phil is also an excellent host, always accommodating and quick to reply. The home itself is exactly as advertised and has all the amenities you'd need. I hope we can continue to visit for years to come! Definitely stay here if you can.

A Dream Stay in PGA West La Quinta

I recently had the most incredible stay at a beautiful home in PGA West La Quinta, and it exceeded all my expectations in every way possible. Firstly, let's talk about the breathtaking mountain view. It added an extra layer of tranquility and beauty to my mornings and evenings, making every moment spent outdoors feel like a scene from a postcard. The easy proximity to nearby golf courses was another highlight of this stay. As an avid golfer, having multiple options for top-notch courses nearby was a dream come true. It made planning golf outings convenient and ensured I could explore different courses throughout my stay. The house itself was well-appointed, with tasteful decor and all the amenities one could ask for. From cozy bedrooms to a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. Amazing Views

What an amazing week at this beautiful property! The views are absolutely stunning with the mountains! The outdoor space with the pool and spa was amazing and easy to run with the heating instructions! We saw the mountain goats as well running through the golf course. The house itself is well designed and very comfortable with everything we needed! The location is also great close to Palm springs and the Polo Club soccer fields! Phil is very responsive and everything was smooth! Could not ask for a better week!

PGA West Getaway.

Easy and friendly communication with the owner of home. Very comfortable home. The view from the patio is even better than pictured. Outside of the home needing some updating and the kitchen being better equipped, it was greatWe really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
