The lockbox with key was a great way to share one key with others - we could have different schedules and not be locked out! It was a great place to stay.....loved the whimsical cow art above fireplace and in living room.

Thank you very much for your kind comments. Take care.
We enjoyed staying at your property for our ski weekend. The house was clean and had all the right accessories and everything was precisely where we needed it, perfect for our family. We look forward to a future visit!
It was what I was looking for. Historic immersive-Vermont feeling. Perfect location. Perfectly iconic Vermont village. Ruben was always available and helpful.
The house location was great for our needs. The bedrooms, bathrooms and family room were clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed and everything worked properly. It is a short walk to the very small town. The town has a good sized and well stocked grocery store and a gas station with reasonable prices. Parking is very convenient and easy access to the house. My only issue is the listing says pool and hot tub which do not exist.
This was a great property for our family of five. There was plenty of room in the three bedrooms on the first floor, along with a nice large bathroom. We also enjoyed the open concept upstairs with a kitchen, family room , and another big bathroom. Ruben was a lovely host and quickly responded to any questions.
We had such a wonderful stay at this former schoolhouse in Rochester. It is gorgeous inside & also very comfortable. We loved the original wood beams & floors but appreciated the modern conveniences as well. The screened porch is great for enjoying some outdoor time. We also appreciated being able to do some laundry & all of the other touches that made this such a great stay

Thank you for your kind comments and for giving us the the opportunity to provide you access to the rich history and contemporary charm of our brick old school house. Also, thank you for taking such a great care of our home. Take care.
The house was very clean and unique. I love historical property’s as I own a 200+ year old house myself. This house is a prime location for town. The town is mostly dead during the winter but it’s perfectly between killington and sugarbush for the winter. In the summer Rochester is a little more lively and everything is open.
1/10th mile from town on a quiet street, excellent food market in town, this was perfect as a base for hiking in the area. The ground floor has 3 BR, 1 bath, laundry. Open top floor has kitchen, bathroom, porch. First could use a dehumidifier in summer, top floor has very quirky wiring and it would be helpful to have a written guide to the different switches. Friendly hosts

Stepping into this property was like stepping into a piece of history. With it's original-looking wooden floors, exposed rafters, & chic-looking decor, guests will be more than pleased with their stay here. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were updated, & the kitchen was fully functional and came stocked with all the utensils & dishware necessary for one's stay. The only downside (if you will) is that the second floor does get really warm but we were warned about that ahead of time. This was my first trip to VT, and I am so thankful we stayed on this property. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm up here!
