We appreciated an early check in, and that it was pet friendly! I suggest bringing your own water (water has an odor), and awareness that the bathroom is just off the bedrooms. Location was awesome!

We had a great stay at Doc's lake house. He was an excellent host. We were very comfortable in the house and really enjoyed the campfire by the lake. It has a beautiful piece of property by the lake with a great view of the mountain. We would love to return again.

Picked this place based on everyone else’s reviews and was not disappointed! Had a great stay with everything we could have needed and a super helpful host. Convenient to the Middlebury Snowbowl where my kids were skiing. We also were there when it was very very cold and we were quite cozy and warm at night. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment is super cute and in a lovely area between a lake and a river. The host was a delight and gave us a phone call to welcome us. Unfortunately due to the weather this time of year, we could not enjoy any of the water activities but it was so nice to walk along the water. We would have loved for our plans to have allowed a longer stay. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at Dic’s Lake Side Apartment again.

The cabin was immaculately clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Location was perfect with the lake across the street. Gary and Missy were awesome hosts and very receptive to any questions we had. Would 100% look to return sometime in the future.

Beautiful lakeside setting

We loved our stay at Doc’s lake house on Lake Dunmore. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed having access to kayaks and a paddle boat for the lake.

Excellent Location & Wonderful Hosts

Fabulous place to stay, so relaxing and right across the street from a perfect lake. The hosts were incredible and the place was near perfect, having just about everything you would need. I would definitely recommend and we plan on returning next year.
