Luxury townhome - brand new in beautiful Rehoboth Beach!

Nestled in a quiet street, 10 minutes from downtown Rehoboth and Dewey in a gated community. Perfect get away spot for a family who needs the amenities (pools, gyms, tennis and basketball courts) but also close in to restaurants, bars and beaches and minutes from tax free outlets. The first floor offers one of two master bedrooms with a king bed with an adjoining room with a pull out sleeper sofa (as well as a pack and play), perfect for families with smaller kids that need to be close by. The main floor has two decks, a spacious gourmet kitchen, living/dinning room and office for those that need to take care of business. The third floor offers two kids rooms with bunk beds (and black out curtains for kids who rise too early) and the second master with a Cal King. The street is tucked away and quiet, perfect for sleeping in and relaxing. Have dinner on our private deck that overlooks a nature preserve. Please note that bath towels and linens are provided, the fee is included in the rental.

Gorgeous property and home - perfect little Rehoboth get away

Our family stayed for a wedding, this was the perfect house for our needs with two young kids. Gorgeous view of the preserve from the back deck, the house is on a quiet street which was important for us as our kids are young and go to bed early. (thank you for the black out shades!) The house is brand new and beautifully decorated with neutral colors. Beds were super comfortable and towels and linens were included so all we had to do was show up. The community has two pools, gyms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and lovely clubhouses. Short drive to the beach and amazing restaurants and shopping in Rehoboth. My husband needed to work while we were there and the house includes access to the home office. It was everything we needed. Can't wait to come back!
