This was our second time staying at this beach house, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The home is stocked with all the essentials and everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I always forget just how much space there is—it’s perfect for relaxing and spreading out. We can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful house and very accommodating host

Nicki was very helpful, and the house was gorgeous. The backyard is great to hang out in, especially around the fire at night. The house had everything we needed!

Clean with enough beds for all of us. Loved the coffee pot both brewed and kcup options. Yard was well cared for kids loved throwing the football. We did not use the firepit only because it was too warm.

There are everything that you need. We prefer to cook, so we found all that we need. A lot of towels, comfortable beds, clean house. Easy to connect the owner with questions. Smart TV, WiFi. Come back.

Girls Weekend

Beautiful and welcoming home. Very clean and spacious. Perfect for our group, a bunch of Mom's looking to relax and decompress. The location was so convenient. Will definitely try to book here again!

When we first stumbled upon this house on Vrbo, it seemed almost too good to be true. But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Very tidy and the house had everything we needed + more.

Everything You Need

My childhood friend and I take our moms on an annual girls vacation with some other family. We returned to the Rehoboth area last year since it is a bit closer to where we live and a much easier ride than our traditional location of Martha's Vineyard. This became one of our favorites because it had everything we needed including more space than anticipated -- inside and out. One of the ladies commented that if it had an inground pool (it has the space for sure), we would never leave complex! The house just spreads out giving everyone a choice to hang together or not. And since our older ladies love tv, they had choices. The owner, Nikki, was very attentive and her responses to inquires were timely. I appreciated all of her information and input. We have stayed in some very interesting places over the years, so we can tell the care and effort she puts into the rental. Thank you, Nikki.

I love that I am able to share this beautiful beach house with you! I am a wife and mom of 4. As a family love to travel and can be found at the beach most of the summer. Don't threaten us with a good time because we will be there! I am a born and raised Delaware resident so any requests for local recommendations I can certainly provide.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is just outside the heart of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes Beach. So close to everything yet just off the main path. This neighborhood is quiet and perfect for an afternoon bike ride or walk.

What makes this property unique

The home may appear small from the outside but there is plenty of room for everyone inside. The rooms are spacious and the 4 season porch is probably my favorite.
