This is a clean, large basement apartment in a lovely neighborhood. I felt this was the best place for my daughter to stay alone for 2 weeks, while training for a job advancement. She was very comfortable. She felt safe and relaxed by herself there. The space offers everything needed. We would absolutely stay again!Communication was easy with host. It was just a great experience!
This place was way bigger than the pics gave it credit for. Met our needs and beyond. Would definitely recommend. Area is safe and quiet. Communication was great, home was clean and very nicely set up.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review . Would love to host your group in the future. The property was left so clean and all rules are adhered to. Have a wonderful year ahead.
We had an issue with the air conditioner, but the host was very involved and eager to fix the problem. Doing laundry isn’t an option so I definitely wouldn’t stay longer than a couple of days. The alarm was a bit annoying as it would chime every time someone upstairs came and went. Overall it was a good stay.
The overall stay was good very nice neighborhood with a lot of friendly neighbors. The only thing that I disagree with is having to pay to use the washer and dryer, which didn’t make much sense since we paid over $500 for two days. It would be much more accommodating To include washer and dryer, especially for those who are traveling with family

Kevin, Thanks for the review. We had terrible experiences with past guests with washing machine. We had to call a service tech after a guest used the washing machine and from then on we stopped allowing guests. As you have seen, it is brand new machine and could not replace because of guests mishandling. Could have considered your request had you asked . Glad that you enjoyed your stay.
Very large space. Clean except for black mildew around bottom of shower. Good kitchen. No washcloths in one bathroom. Mattresses not very comfortable. Sliding shower door very hard to open and close. Lots of rules, such as “50 fine if any utensil left with food stuck to it.” Just really did not feel welcomed.
