A short 10 minute stroll from the CSU campus, this quaint home is the ideal game day abode! Spend the morning hanging in the backyard hammock, sipping mimosas or cooking a homemade breakfast. Then walk or bike to Canvas Stadium to cheer on the CSU Rams. After the game, you can easily walk to bars and restaurants or head home for an evening soak in the private hot tub.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo which is shared by the two bedrooms. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer (shared), linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/ironing board and cleaning essentials.

NOTE: This is an over-under duplex with a long term tenant in the lower half of the home. You will have private use of the entire space with the exception of the shared laundry area and backyard which can be accessed by both tenants. Lower tenant is rarely on site.
