This beautiful rural estate near Puerto de Pollença offers the perfect opportunity to spend a dream vacation in the middle of nature and just a few kilometers from the beach.



The house has a well-maintained and large outdoor area with several furnished terraces to relax in the shade or sunbathe on the loungers before taking a refreshing dip in the private 8m x 4m pool. The covered terrace with a barbecue offers the perfect opportunity to eat outdoors with family. Additionally, there is a ping pong table so you won't get bored!

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with this villa

The grounds are absolutely beautiful, well maintained and full of various fruit trees. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped, beds are extremely comfy and the views from the terraces were stunning. Towels were changed every couple of days and the villa cleaned half way through our holiday. The villa fruit bowl and goodies were well appreciated! Will definitely be coming back and have already recommended to others!

Family get together

The property is surrounded by beautiful countryside and the gardens are stunning a good size pool for 6 adults and love the ping pong , Property owner was there daily to check his sheep and chickens , and very friendly , quick to resolve any issues . Lots of plates and glasses , making dinner easier , everything was spotless , appreciated the free large bowl of fruit . Did miss small things like salt and pepper , Lots of areas to sit in house and in garden , but a great base to get to Polleca and Polenca

The villa is in a perfect quiet location

5min drive from grocery stores and 9min to the beach in Cala Vicenc. The real highlight of this place is a garden, which is absolutely stunning, you are surrounded by fruit trees, palms, flowers and other beautiful plants what makes you feel very good. The outdoors are very well maintained, the gardener is doing a brilliant job in making sure you have fresh fruits and all you need. The vast majority of the time we spend in the poolhaving bbq with group of friends. The interior though is kept in a very rustic style, which in my view should be renewed, especially the bathrooms. We did have a challenge with water pressure and AC in master bedroom barely work, so I would consider exchanging AC and renew the bathrooms as the price is high in comparison to the quality.

The finca was exactly as described. Roomy, beautiful, clean and very well equipped. The host was very friendly and uncomplicated. With pleasure again! more consumables like salt and oil, toillet paper, tabs for washing machine and dishwasher would be great. We did not use the grill because of missing wood (a gas grill would be better).

Location good pool excellent rooms spacious and clean. Owner very nice and friendly good security kids loved the frogs in the pool every day and the cat that lived in the bushes she's called jaffa cake if you meet her The house desperately needs air conditioning in the communal areas far to warm all day and night could not use the dinning room or sitting room to watch TV with the kids. Also need a change of sheets in the bedrooms after 7 days never happened. No fans available. For the money was very expensive overall pictures a little deseving looks very palatial not really as nice as pics show. Be aware that the owner is on the premises atleast twice a day sometimes 3 so not always feeling at ease.

Great villa for a family holiday

We had a fantastic week in this villa with our grown up family. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us, every bedroom had plenty of space, no one had to draw the short straw for the smallest room, which, with three grown up daughters is a massive plus, trust me! All bedrooms had aircon which was a must in the peak summer heat. The outside space was great, so many choices of where to sit and lounge around in the shade or eat a meal. The pool was perfect for cooling off in with a sun bed each for 8 people. The garden is beautiful and well stocked with a variety of fruit trues and the owner was very friendly and kind, giving us fresh daily figs! Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a spend a week or two with extended family or friends. Just one small request would be to have a bigger fridge to save daily trips to the supermarket. It also struggled to keep drinks cool due to heavy use. Oh and an ice bucket would be great to have.

Super Aufenthalt mit Freunden in einer super gepflegten Finca. Diese Finca werden wir erneut buchen.

sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter. Eine gepflegte Anlage. ... bei Bedarf einen 2.ten Kühlschrank beistellen. Wir waren in einer Zeit vor Ort in der wir knapp 40 Grad hatten. Da wurde es ein wenig eng bei 6 Erwachsenen die Getränke kalt zu bekommen. Es wäre evtl. auch noch hilfreich, wenn eine zusätzliche große Klimaanlage für den Innenbereich (Treppenhaus, etc.) verbaut würde.

Wohnung ist sehr schön. Lage top.

Lage ist super, Gegend ziemlich ruhig. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern. Dafür ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgelegt. Betten sehr bequem. Auch Badetücher für den Strand waren da. Super. Immer wieder gern. Ein- und auschecken unkompliziert dank Schlüsselbox. Parkplätze auf der Straße sind immer frei. Ein paar kleine Schüsseln und paar Tassen mehr wären gut. So haben wir immer per Hand aufgewaschen, da es sonst zu knapp war. Und Plasteabdeckungen am Tor fehlten, Verletzungsgefahr für die Kinder.

Heerlijk groot huis met prachtig onderhouden tuin.

Zeer vriendelijke tuinman die zelfs verse eieren kwam brengen. Goede bedden, en grote keuken waar alles in aanwezig was. Prima zwembad. Locatie dichtbij strand en pollensa, met leuke restaurants. Huis ligt in mooi gebied. Smal weggetje maar went snel.

Met 7 personen hadden we alle ruimte. Het zwembad was heerlijk. Als er problemen waren konden we de beheerder vragen en dan werd het opgelost. Met de 2 huurauto 's konden we heerlijk de omgeving verkennen. Prima restaurants in Pollença en Alcudia! Jammer dat het weekje snel voorbij is gegaan...

Tolle Finca - uns fehlte es an nichts

Die Finca liegt etwas abseits vom großen Trubel, aber trotzdem gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich gewesen, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der große Pool war ein Highlight! Wir würden und werden die Finca sehr gern weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren zu 7t in der Finka, sie ist sehr groß und ruhig gelegen + sehr schöner Pool + Schöner Obstgarten + Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten + Grill + Der Gastgeber war sehr nett - Geschirr Schrank stinkt - Küche mager ausgestattet, nur 2 Schneidebretter und sehr kleine Kaffeemaschine -Klimaanlage riechen zum Teil muffig -Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen

Noch besser als erwartet

Die Finca ist schön und wertig eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich ist paradiesisch. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist außerordentlich gut. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Geschirrschrank hatte einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch (frisch lackiert?), der sich auf die Gläser übertragen hat.
