The Space:

This apartment is on the 1st floor. Enjoy the front porch just outside your door.

The space is very spacious and cozy. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 3 people.

***Bedroom: It has a very comfortable queen size bed, dresser, dedicated working desk.

***Living space: 55 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a queen-size bed.

***Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.

***Kitchen: well stocked kitchen. Electrical stove, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, etc.

***Coffee bar: K-cup coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.

***Internet: High speed WI-FI internet.

***We have also provided a fan and a heater for comfort.

***Parking situation: large parking lot behind the house accessed via alleyway. There is also free street parking as well.



Guest Access:

You'll have a private entrance to this apartment. Guests have access to shared spaces including the front porch and the laundry room located in the basement.

Foodies will delight in the diverse culinary scene, with everything from casual eateries to upscale dining experiences within easy reach. For those seeking culture, museums and historical sites are also conveniently located. Enjoy the charming atmosphere of our neighborhood, with its tree-lined streets and friendly locals, making your stay truly memorable.



Getting Around:

Getting around from our cozy studio is a breeze! You'll find easy access to public transportation options, with bus stops located a short walk from the property. For those arriving by car, we offer free parking in a large lot behind the house, accessed via the alleyway, and also free street parking. Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Major transit hubs are also within easy reach, allowing you to explore all that Richmond has to offer. This prime location ensures convenient access to the city's attractions and beyond.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews, or new accounts.

Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats.

Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke on the front porch and should use the ashtray provided for waste disposal.

The apartment has a central AC/heating system.

The thermostat is in a separate room, and we can remotely adjust the temperature for you; just send us a message. Additional comfort items like a space heater and fan are available in the closet.

The trash bin is located behind the backyard.
