Totally enjoyed our stay. Closeness to Duval and the swimming pool made it excellent. There were a few small issues with the room but nothing we had to call about. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in a 2 bedroom suite facing the pool. A few ants and other bugs. No water pressure in bathroom sink off kitchen. Holes etc. in walls, door bottoms peeling and floor discoloration due to past water issues. Master bathroom toilet was loose and rocked when sat down. Living room area rug was pretty dirty. Kitchen was nice and clean. Location was great and nice and quiet. We realize it is an old house, but a lot is these issues should be taken care of. Beds were great and linens/towels clean.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad you enjoyed our convenient location, the peaceful atmosphere, comfortable beds, and clean linens and towels. However, we sincerely apologize that several aspects of your suite did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing these maintenance and cleanliness concerns to our attention, including the bathroom sink water pressure, loose toilet, signs of wear, and condition of the living room rug. While our property does have the charm of an older home, we agree that these issues should be addressed, and we will share your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review and follow-up. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We value your input and the opportunity to improve our property and our guests’ experience.

The location was great! Close to Duval St. Staff was very friendly and easy to talk with. The pool saved us from the heat!. In the description of the bedrooms it said king beds. We had queen beds. The area where the TV was was small. The 4 of us could not all sit comfortably. All and all we had a good time.
