Apartment’s layout
The condo’s living area, dining room, and master bedrooms have direct ocean views. The apartment is cooled by breezes off the water, so air-conditioning is rarely needed. The colorful living room is comfortably furnished with a couch, futon, tables, book-filled bookcases, and pine chests. A separate dining room seats six around a teak table. The kitchen area is separated from the living room by a tiled counter and stools. It is well equipped (with dishes, pots and pans, filtered water, coffee maker, microwave, etc.). The large master bedroom has a king size bed, with an extra sleeping alcove (with pullout couch) between the bedroom and hall. The second bedroom has a double bed.
