Cozy home in perfect location

No need for a car--hung out at the beach right out the back door, walked around town, and took a cab to cenotes one day. Very nice place in perfect location. We had one issue the first day and the owner fixed it immediately. Recommend!

The owners super nice, very responsive and helpful. They stopped by several to ensure that we had towels, that we were able to use the amenities at the home and chatted with us to provide suggestions. The area where the house is located is very close to several restaurants and stores. Somewhat crowded Restaurants are busy all the time, resulting in limited parking. The beachfront is a common area for all tourists and locals (not private at all). Meaning, people walk through the beachfront constantly,09 making it difficult to enjoy the beach peacefully. There are also several boats posted at the beachfront and lots of algae in the beachfront also made it difficult to enjoy the beach. Cleaning up as packing a bit. Other than that, all was good.
