Out trip was great. The condo was very clean. It is only 75 feet from Deval street. Our flight got in early and the owner allowed us to get in early.

Extremely impressed with our unit. Everything was literally perfect. Not a single thing was missing. Highly recommend staying here. Location was amazing and on street parking turned out to be a non-issue. Extremely satisfied and will absolutely book this place again!

This is a spectacular location, steps away from Duval yet it’s quite inside so no fear of disrupting your sleep if you’d like to make it an early night. The apartment is very clean, well appointed with everything you need and the a/c is excellent. Also kudos to one of the owners who is clearly an artist so there’s custom art throughout. I will definitely stay again.

Great location vacation spot

Very nice accomodations, eclectic artsy vibe. Steps from Duval, we walked almost everywhere or took the free Duval Loop bus. Perfect vacation, would stay here again!

The place was great. It was a very cute little apartment with kitchen and living room area. Great location half a block off of Duval two blocks to the southern most point in the. Us. A little confusing about which building and which apartment it was but once we figured it out everything was great.

Owner sent code to get into door. No check in required I would have liked a blanket or throw in family room. A small cooler would have been nice to take to the beach. Kitchen had bare minimum but it was all that we needed.
