Perfect spot for our group in Lexington

Idle Hour was a great place for our group of eight. The location is convenient. There are plenty of utensils for preparing meals. The beds were all comfortable. The amenities provided in the kitchen and bathrooms were a nice touch. We would stay here again.

Lovely Neighborhood, property needs work

We had a lovely time, and the check in process was so easy and the neighborhood was so cute and felt very safe. Emily was easy to work with and helpful. The kids loved playing in the front yard while we enjoyed our coffee. The house is an old house so the cleanliness is as good as it gets with an old house. The cleaning staff does a good job. The shower felt clean and the soap they have smelled great! The top floor king has to be accessed through the other king bedroom, for us not an issue we shared with in laws so if you don’t know the people well, could maybe get awkward. Walls are thin so we could hear our friends baby and they could hear our baby when they got fussy. The kitchen is stocked minimally and we had no extra trash bags. Television is a smart tv so was great for accessing shows for kids. The biggest issue with the house was the doors either didn’t close, didn’t open once closed (my friend and I got stuck in 3 rooms and had to have someone get us out), we couldn’t even close their unit door from the outside. We had to leave all doors open for safety. The backyard is great, would love some chairs out there so we could have utilized it more. Location is great, so close to everything! And the homes in this neighborhood are beautiful! Ultimately, we still had a blast, the property needs updating and adjustments. This would be a good place for a group of friends without kids.
