Casa de los Sueños by Ronival Property Management is a brand new and contemporary condo located in the exclusive development of Montemar. It will delight you with stunning views and an unbeatable location, within walking distance to the Marina. This apartment is ideally suited for small families, couples, and friends looking for comfort and convenience. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, big terrace, and 2 comfy bedrooms that offer a relaxing and memorable experience like no other.



Please be aware that there is ongoing construction nearby, and you might experience noise during the construction hours. While efforts are being made to minimize the disruption, we wanted to ensure that you are informed.



Bedroom arrangements:

- Master bedroom with king size bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom, with direct access to the terrace.

- 2nd bedroom with a full bed, Smart TV, and next to a full bathroom.

Getting around the town: - Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of Airport and Resorts where it isn't allowed.

Medano Beach is 5 minutes driving distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines



Interaction with Guests:

We love to create great vacations, so our concierge can arrange for services including pre-arrival grocery shopping, chefs who prepare in-home meals, and additional housekeeping. We will meet you at your arrival and show you around the condo and answer any question. We will be available for any Concierge Service, maintenance or emergency issues throughout your stay by phone (SMS or calls) and email.
