For guests eager to be on the go constantly in order to experience all that the area has to offer, this ideally located property places you just minutes from top things to do.

Two entrances. The first/main entrance just steps from the assigned parking spaces. The second is in the rear ( see the photo ) that exists to the open common grass area from the lower bedroom.

PARKING: Lot parking in front of unit (2 vehicles), guest parking, no RVs permitted.

Please note- there are enough beds to sleep 8 but this includes a twin trundle bed that may be more suitable for children.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please bag all garbage and place in one of the two bins out front. NO RECYCLING- please throw out with garbage.
Shut off all AC units.
Return parking passes
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No skis/snowboards/bikes inside the unit. Please keep outside on the covered porch.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE UNIT- including on the deck. ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGES WILL BE ASSESSED.
We are part of an HOA. Please abide by the Parking Rules provided prior to check in and please note QUIET HOURS at 9:00pm.

Why they chose this property

Lake Placid is a very special place that we have been enjoying for years as a family. This property was ideal for us because it is close to town (~1 mi) but also very quiet and removed from the bustle of downtown.

What makes this property unique

If you want a vacation property that is very much like your own home, this is the property for you. There is a large living area near the kitchen with a huge couch that seats (7). A dining table that expands to seat 8-10 people. Fully outfitted kitchen and pantry because the owners love to cook. There is a premium grill and a deck to sit outside and enjoy, when the weather permits. This is not just a second home, but home that is outfitted as a home-way-from-home. Included is ground coffee or coffee beans, french press or traditional drip coffee makers.
