This beautiful tiny house, nestled in the wondrous Rocky Mountains of Colorado, is your perfect cozy getaway spot. Located in a tiny home community in Woodland Park, Mini Maison is incredibly close to all the outdoor destinations in central Colorado including Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument and of course Pikes Peak which is a mere 15 minutes away. Additionally, Colorado Springs is only 20 minutes east! Get the best of both worlds with mountain style living and city life right next door!

This home offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, comfortable living room, and a private bedroom. Snuggle up by the warmth of the fireplace, read a book in our patio swing or make your favorite comfort food in the fully equipped kitchen. Have your coffee on the porch while taking in the views and the fresh mountain air in the morning and rest your muscles after a mountain hike in the hot tub surrounded by beautiful ambient lighting in the evening. Our amenities are specialized for self-care and leisure. Whether you're visiting for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or looking for some "me time" our space is perfect for your needs. Load and start the dishwasher
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We ask that you was any dishes you used, make sure the air conditioning is off and lock the doors when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Evidence that smoking has taken place inside the house will result in a charge of $200 plus extra cleaning charges.
Please rinse off before getting into the hot tub. If the hot tub water is spoiled (dirty, excessively foamy) there will be a charge of $200.
Evidence that an unauthorized animal has been on the premises will result in a fee of $50.

My fiancé and I stayed there after a business trip in Colorado, it was lovely. The space was clean and cozy. We went while it was snowing, the views were amazing & the heater worked great lol! The owner was quick to respond & very nice! My only complaint is that the dryer didn’t work well and I had to hang my clothes to dry, but that wasn’t a big deal to me. Overall, it was such a great place to stay & we would absolutely come back.

Would have been great if the hot tub was hotter. 94 degrees is not hot and only half the jets worked. I also had to clean some one else’s hair in the bathroom.
