The outdoor space in this condo is large and serves as a full outdoor living space. Modern granite and stainless kitchen that is fully equipped. Reverse Osmosis Water filtration provides perfect water and ice.

Property offers two infinity pools, gym, and direct beach access. Enjoy the many amazing local restaurants that are just a short stroll down the beach. Easy taxi access to downtown Puerto Vallarta, Punta De Mita, Sayulita, and the airport.

Quality furnishings throughout and offers full laundry in suite. Sleeps 8: master king, guest queen, and 2nd guest with two doubles. Beautiful condo in Bucerias

The condo was really lovely and well appointed with everything that you would need. The check-in & check-out process was easy and seamless, and the host was in touch often to make sure everything was ok. The condo was very clean, and the outdoor space was fabulous. The host's recommendations for restaurants was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. It looks just like the photos in the listing. Air-conditioning worked well when needed. Communication with the owners and property manager was always promptly answered and any issues were resolved. The pools are lovely. The beach in front is a bit rocky in places. The condo is a 20-30 minute walk to either Bucerias or La Cruz or a taxi or bus are options. I recommend walking down the beach to the nearby Sukha Beach House for your first dinner - tasty food and very nice 2 for 1 margaritas!

Fantastic stay in Bucerias!

Beautiful condo on the ocean just outside of Bucerias. Spacious rooms, great beds and linens. Well equipped kitchen is a bonus for those of us that to like to cook. Condo is well designed with quality furnishings and nice touches that make you feel at home. There are two pools, one very busy but the other one not busy at all. The onsite staff for the complex is terrific. The owner and manager are very responsive and accommodating and the gift of champagne and chocolates for New Year's Eve was much appreciated! Recommend you rent a car if you stay here as it is not a central location, although the staff easily arranges taxis if required. Walking the beach to town can be challenging with the tides and the rocks on the beach from nearby projects under construction, but overall we had an excellent experience here.
