My family has owned condos in this building since it was built in 1974. I was born and raised in San Diego. My parents used to do vacation rentals in the 1970's and 1980's, and then lease the condos long term. We recently decided to start doing the vacation rentals again.

We have another condo in this building, please see ratings for Prop ID 742411. We recently renovated this condo with new kitchen, bathrooms, beds, sheets, furniture, ect.

What makes this property unique

This unit is much larger than the other, almost 1200 sq. ft, vaulted ceiling, top floor and direct ocean front in the heart of Pacific beach. Completely renovated, it has new kitchen appliances, new leather couches, chairs and 3 large flat screen smart tv's.
