Free boat slip w/ Luxury 2 BR /Water front, on Terry Cove Condo

My cleaning staff is well aware of the virus and is using a disinfectant after every guest. You will notice that all comforters have been removed and replaced with quilts that can be washed after every guest. Your safety is our main concern..
Now about the condo. SITTING ON THE DOCK OF THE BAY WATCHING THE ALABAMA TIDE ROLL AWAY. That's one way to enjoy the time you spend in our 2bedroom/2bath condo with FREE boat slip and trailer storage included. Or you can sit on the spacious 4th floor balcony and to your right view the whole bay, Perdido Pass Bridge and the Gulf, as well as the beautifully landscaped grounds of Lighthouse on the Bay. On your left is a view of the outdoor pools, and lazy river Below are the BBQ grills, picnic area, fish cleaning station and boat docks.
Inside you will find a calming water/sand decor. The living room(w/wet bar and ice maker), dining room and kitchen have an open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows and door walls so you can enjoy the view. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk In closet. The master bath has water jet tub, stand alone shower, and a double sink vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the attached bath has a tub/shower. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron .Our condo is comfortably furnished and has A 55 inch smart flat screen tv and blu--RAY dvd player in the living room. Their are large flat screen tv's with dvd players in both bedrooms. We also have WiFi, books and games.
The condo has a boat slip #25 that is available upon request. I also rent a secure trailer storage facility for your trailer storage(about 2 blocks away).The launch for your boat is about 1/4 mile away by water and 4 miles away on land.

Great value and experience

We love Lighthouse on The Bay. The cost per night was extremely reasonable. The amenities are exceptional. Our only issue was having to chase down the security guard to check in for parking passes but that was on big deal. Will definitely stay here again.

This was the most comfortable and clean condo we’ve ever stayed in. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The furniture in the living room was also very comfortable and not wore out older furniture that have been in past places we have stayed. Love the open floor plan so while someone was in the kitchen, which was nice sized, they could still be part of the family in the living room. The 3 pools were an added bonus. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo, with great view

This was the cleanest, most well stocked, beautiful condo. I loved just sitting on the balcony watching the boats and birds it was so peaceful. The pool and the lazy river were prefect.

The condo is beautiful! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that the 2 bathrooms were each in a bedroom for ultimate privacy. The pool area and lazy river were so much fun. We had a great stay!

We loved our stay! It was absolutely perfect for our little family of four. We are frequent flyers in OBA and this is now our top favorite condo. Check-in was so easy with just myself and my two girls while my husband handled the boat. Boat slip was perfect. Super clean! We will be back (:

Perfect getaway

This was the second time to stay in Mr Dave’s unit and the 5th time at Phoenix on the Bay 2. Mr. Dave’s unit is the best equipped and most comfortable unit we have stayed in. Great view. Easy to get to. The Phoenix property always is very well maintained and the staff are courteous and helpful. Look forward to our next trip.

Perfectly clean and well stocked

We love this condominium and this particular unit is likely the cleanest there! It was VERY well stocked with all the kitchen things you’d ever need plus games and things for the kids to do. Plenty of pillows and blankets also. Nice view of the pool and marina, the boat slip is easy to get in and out of, a place to park the trailer… definitely recommend!

The condo was perfect for the 5 of us. The furnishings were beautiful and the owners really thought of everything that one would need for a long-term stay. We couldn't have asked for any better. The resort had a nice pool with a waterslide for the kids and we all enjoyed the lazy river. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would love to stay there again in the future. WE WANTED TO BE ON THE BAY( where it is a little more quite) AND ON THE WATER.THE VIEWS ARE AMAZING ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT WHEN YOU CAN SEE THE LIGHTS ACROSS THE BAY.WE STAYED AT MANY PLACES BOTH ON THE GULF AND ON THE BAY BEFORE WE BOUGHT THIS ONE. WE CHOSE PHOENIX BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE MOST AMENITIES AND ARE THE BEST AND SAFEST BUILT. WE BOUGHT PRECONSTRUCTION SO WE COULD PICK OUR DECOR
