Great property-Great location!

Very pleased with our stay! No complaints at all! Fully stocked with all household needs, which was great! Beds were comfy and all spaces were clean. Location is ideal. Close to a street with restaurants and beaches were fairly quiet! We would definitely be back should we head back to Ventura! Thank you to the hosts for the impeccable communication!

We would definitely rent this property again! The location is Perfect! We were steps from the beach and even walked there barefoot! The house was well stocked with beach items. Great for families!!!

We loved this place. location can't get better. The whole process was simple with no issues. Owners very accommodating. The place is clean and layout really cool for a family where the adults want to get a little separation from the kids.

We rented both sides of the duplex. The units were clean and well stocked. You have an ocean view from the balconies and just steps from the beach. Fantastic vacation.

Amazing!

It was so perfect and amazing for our trip! We decided to stay one more day. I love being 10 steps from the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful and love being to have our dog with us! Everything was very clean. We'll definitely be back!

Spring break at the dog beach

Just delightful! Steps to the sand and the doggy beach. We had such fun. Plenty of easy bikes rides around town. Comfortable, easy and eeek appointed. I loved the fire places. I would definitely stay there again

Perfect rental and perfect location

My family and I had an AWESOME stay! We knew it would be close to the sand, but not literally seconds to the sand. It was perfect. It is perfectly located. Walking distance to ice cream, restaurants, etc. It was probably the cleanest rental we have ever been to. We had 6 people total and 1 dog. There was more than enough room. No rental is perfect, so there are only 3 things that we had "issues" with (that weren't even really issues, just inconveniences): no measuring cups in the kitchen for cooking, couldn't get the jets to work in the master bath up stairs (but the deep tub was still great for soaking), and the skylight in the upstairs master bedroom shines right on the bed in the morning with no way of blocking the sun. BUT, those 3 things are so minor there is no way we wouldn't stay here again. We 1,000x's recommend this house and can't wait for our next trip. You can tell the owner takes pride in her rentals!!!!!!

I could sit on the front balcony all day long.

Very clean, pet friendly home with a wonderful view of the ocean! Nice bed rooms with great beds. I am a senior, so I stayed in the downstairs bedroom with only nine stairs up to the next floor where the kitchen and living rooms are located. The duplex is on a very friendly and quiet street. I would definitely stay here again. Had a wonderful time. Thank you Lisa and thank you for ask answering my questions so quickly.
