About this property

We have a 3 night minimum. We prefer longer stays in the summer months.

Holiday rates are $1000 per night. We rarely rent on holidays since we usually stay at our home.

Nestled behind its own private gate, your ocean playground is right out back. Ideal for surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding or just to enjoy the long walks along the beach. The sunrises and sunsets are exceptional and the Channel Islands are visible offshore. This area is known for dolphin feeding and dolphins riding waves right in front. Whales can be spotted during their migration. Seals and sea lions are frequent visitors

Private tennis courts are fifty yards up the street. (No Pickleball, Sorry!!) The coastal bike path is right out front that takes you to Santa Barbara, or to Ventura and Ojai.

Perfect stay on the beach

Great property right on the beach. Very nice to take a stroll on the sand when the tide is out.The kitchen is super well equipped, the house is clean and tidy, everything was working and so my wife and I had an awesome few days. One comment I would have is the master bedroom mattress is very firm and personally I like a softer mattress. All in all we enjoyed ourselves very much and would love to go and stay again sometime.

Lucky to spend a week in Faria

We were lucky to spend a fabulous week at Faria. It was beautiful weather, the sounds of the ocean and the house was incredibly relaxing. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you.

Perfect ocean front location

We enjoyed the beautiful ocean, where dolphins and sea lions were swimming and pelicans were diving for fish. I love watching the paddlers and surfers on the lazy waves. The house has an attractive layout for our family and a large kitchen that allows us to cook together. Cecilia is extremely responsive to any questions. Definitely our happy space.

Our Favorite Beach House

We love this property! Coming from the Central Valley, our week here gives us time to relax and beat the heat. This home is comfortable and family friendly. The amazing kitchen is well stocked and met all our needs. The outdoor grill and patio provided for wonderful outdoor dinners while watching the tides roll in.

Faria Beach House

This is a beautiful home that is super comfortable to stay in. It has a great kitchen A friend of mine came for dinner who is in a wheelchair and it was nice that with his small Ramp he could access the deck and have dinner inside with us. The beds are all comfy too with plenty of beddings. We did have a problem with the tankless hot water heater and had to call Celia late one nite and the problem got resolved. The water pressure upstairs shower was really weak but there is another shower downstairs It’s nice having the garage to keep all our boards in. And the outdoor shower is a plus too. It is an absolute gem of a spot and the owners are super nice. Hope To stay again in the future

Stellar on the beach!

A well cared for home with all amenities. Kitchen is fun to cook in, furniture accommodates family actvities. Beach disappears at high tide but a little scheduling makes it work.

Surf and sun

If you love to be up, close watching surfers ride the waves and enjoy the ocean, this place is perfect. This house is a great size for a family with upstairs and one downstairs bedroom. The kitchen is large enough for multiple adults to cook together. And we love sitting on the deck and being able to go to the ocean. Cecilia, the host is absolutely wonderful! We love going there several times a year

Surfer's Paradise!

If you're a surfer looking for an empty point break, this is IT. Wonderful house with everything you need and great communication with the manager, Cecilia. We've never stayed at a better spot for surfing and we will be back.

Wonderful vacation

This is our second time staying at this home. It is very secure with private gate. Ocean front with large deck and many chairs, tables and umbrellas. Outside shower is great for after surfing. Kitchen is perfect for cooking a for a family. Well appointed. Very comfortable home. The tide pools are cool at low tide. Great surfing at mid tide. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you, Debbi

Great beach house

The location is perfect if you want a waterfront place with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Fun to watch surfers and paddle boarders. House is attractive and very functional. The property manager is responsive and helpful and very nice

Another wonderful family surf trip

We had a wonderful time again at this great surfing location. Three generations surfed almost every day as well as playing on the beach. Cecelia notified us of the SpaceX launch from Vandenburg and it was the highlight of our trip. A great place for our family.

A memorable two-week family vacation

A very comfortable, well-furnished house, with ample room for a family of six adults, a well-equipped kitchen, nice deck, and a good grill. Great location right on the beach too, with easy access to the beach and an easy drive to town (Ventura). The owner was very accommodating and welcoming. Our experience was positive in every respect. Happy memories for years to come.

Gorgeous location

The house is perfect for me and a few family members or friends. The house has a great location, is very functional, and the kitchen is large so that a few of us can cook together. Of course, the ocean is the main draw with its great gentle waves that at high tide come right up to the front of the house. It also has a wonderful view of the Channel islands. We had another wonderful stay.
