About this property

Beautiful Beachfront Faria Beach / Pitas Point Home. Close to Mondo's.

We have a 3 night minimum. We prefer longer stays in the summer months.

Nestled behind its own private gate, your ocean playground is right out back. Ideal for surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding or just to enjoy the long walks along the beach. The sunrises and sunsets are exceptional and the Channel Islands are visible offshore. This area is known for dolphin feeding and dolphins riding waves right in front. Whales can be spotted during their migration. Seals and sea lions are frequent visitors

Private tennis courts are fifty yards up the street. (No Pickleball, Sorry!!) The coastal bike path is right out front that takes you to Santa Barbara, or to Ventura and Ojai.

The house is in a stunning location right on the ocean, with excellent places for sitting both inside and outside. Kitchen was fully equipped, and clearly is used by the owners, so no need to bring salt and pepper! Each room had its own bathroom, and the master bedroom even had it's own outdoor porch! Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Our family of 6 visited for 4 days to celebrate a special occasion. We have spent many vacations on Faria Beach, but this was our first visit to this VRBO. It was perfect for us! The home is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It's located on a prime section of the beach with sand out front and easy access to the tide pools during low tides. High tide waves come in at an angle so the deck stays dry for full-time use. Communication with the owner was timely and informative. We live on the east coast now, but hope to return again to this great property!

The host was super communicative. You cannot beach this location! The house was cozy and well stocked and you can hear the ocean waves from every room in the house. We enjoyed family time on the deck and grilled on a very large grill and watched probably close to 100 surfers one morning. We will be back!

It doesn’t get better than this

This is the best house on the beach at Faria, great sand access with tide pools right down the stairs and plenty of room for the whole family! We love staying at this home and the owners are wonderful to deal with.
