A network of walking paths connects you to other Millville community amenities including tennis courts, and lakefront recreation facilities.

The porch makes a perfect spot for morning coffee and or afternoon cocktails and the kids and family dogs alike will love stretching out in the spacious, grassy yard. The main-floor living area features comfortable seating, a fireplace, and smart TV for cozy family movie nights and the upper living area includes a second smart TV, books, and board games for added entertainment options. Satisfy hungry appetites with stress-free meal prep in the well-equipped full kitchen and enjoy meals together at the dining table set for six. The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
This property does not have cable. Streaming with guest accounts is available through Amazon Firestick.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
