Escape to tranquility with the whole family at Springlake Ranch, a retreat nestled on 5 acres. This brand-new home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, providing ample space for up to 8 guests.
The home features a King bed in the master bedroom, 2 rooms with a queen bed, another room with a trundle bed providing two twin beds. We have TVs in each room. There is also a pack & play, baby gate, and highchair if needed. The kitchen has your basic needs covered and a Keurig Coffee Maker. We provide some regular and decaf coffee, as well as a small selection of teas.

Winthrop Graduation

Our daughter was graduating from Winthrop University so we needed a place with enough room for our family and close enough to get to all of the different events associated with the graduation. Had a great time.

Property Review

This property was modern, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in close proximity to Iron City Speedway. The beds are soft and comfortable and the televisions in every room were an added bonus. I also love the check out instructions were easy amd reasonable.

Warm and cozy!

What a great holiday stay we had. Home is new, modern, clean and spacey. Our grandkids and teenager loved the vacation cat!!! We had everything we needed and more - Perfect for you and another or for your family! We will be back in the spring!!!!

Accommodations were great. Close to the ballfield for my daughters tournament. Will stay again when we are that way. Didn't see the cat but we did see deer in the back yard.
