Condo was clean and convenient! Great for a few day trip that we were on. Only a block away from the beach with a private community beach access point! Would come back!

We loved our relaxing stay at this cozy costal cottage. Whether resting or playing, amenities are plenty and solitude sweet even on the beach. The hosts are friendly, helpful and attainable, and the cottage is appealing and clean.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed while staying away from home with young children. The house was perfectly located near the pool and beach so it was easy to get around. It was our kid’s first time at the beach and they had a blast.

Perfect beach cottage for family time at the beach

Our family of 4 stayed for a week and while it is cozy cottage with some tight living space, the neighborhood amenities and the quick access to the beach were amazing. I would definitely stay again and appreciate the communication before, during and after our stay.

Wonderful Spring Getaway

Perfect cottage for our family of four, exactly as pictured. Enjoyed easy access to beach and pools. Enjoyed the Kiva Grille for 2 meals and had excellent service. The weather was great and the whole trip was relaxing. Thank you for hosting!

Nice location

Location was great! Gated community with lots of amenities. It is small so 4 max but very quaint and short walk to beach and a pool 2 houses away or beach club just a short shuttle away! Nice to be away from busy gulf shores and only 15 min drive to enjoy shopping and restaurants. Beach is private to community and nice as well. True my a place you can disconnect and relax with family!

Great quiet location for beach vacation

Really enjoyed our short stay in Kiva Dunes. We are a family of four (2 teens) and this was a great place for our short beach trip. House was located in a great community with a private beach, and great pools. Would be a perfect place for there are 3 beds, 2 twins and a queen some a family of four is a perfect number here. Near Fort Morgan also and we caught the ferry to Dauphin Island the morning we checked out. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Granddaughters trip

This was a beautiful home. Location was perfect just a short walk to the beach. Beach was so peaceful and enjoyable. The owners were so easy to work with. They sent all info on our trip ahead of time so we had no worries. Everything was perfect. The property was gated so we felt very safe. The housekeeper is a gem also.

Positive experience

This was my first ever time staying in something like this. It went off without any issue. The house was beautiful. Quick walk to the beach. Even got to take an outside shower. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Well kept little secret...

This beautiful little house was absolutely perfect for this mom and her two teenage boys. Literally just steps away from the pool and from the beach. Away from the usual beach crowd but still close enough to enjoy everything there is to do and see. We will definitely be back! p.s. web-pics don't do it justice!

Short Stay at "Just for Fun"

We spent two nights at "Just for Fun." This was the first time that we had stayed at Kiva Dunes. We liked the community. We also liked the Beach Club. It was nice to have a place to eat close within walking distance. The owners kept in contact with us and provided all needed information regarding check-in/out and was readily available to answer any questions. The Teel Family

Loved this property

This was perfect for our family of 3. Walking to the beach was so easy. The owners had chairs, umbrellas, and everything you would need. Their water pressure was amazing. We went on a sunset cruise, airboat ride, and several of other things and this place was close enough to all of that. The only thing i would recommend is a fan for outside, just bring one with you. Loved this place.
