Amazing Property

This house and property is amazing. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 and the wrap around porch by the creek makes for a very peaceful setting. They had everything we needed from blankets, to shampoo, to laundry detergent, to kitchen items. Communication was great and quick. We hope to stay here again.

Football and Fun

We had an amazing experience at this property. Very neat, spacious, and lots of privacy due to large corner lot that sits on a calming creek. The wrap around porch, fire pit, grill, and outdoor speakers made the experience very memorable for my family. Communication with host was continuous and informative

Beautiful house but needs some work. Both bathtubs had broken/missing plugs, washing machine was broken. Kitchen furnishings seem like an afterthought- everything is mismatched and some tools (e.g. can opener) don’t work. We were there for Thanksgiving and expected a fully functioning kitchen for the week. There’s no vent hood over the stove so when you cook the entire house smells like food (that’s either good or bad). The upstairs furniture is beautiful, just wish the downstairs had the same attention to detail.

Great House and location-some minor misses

This is a great house right in the heart of Fayetteville. I stayed here during my wedding weekend with my family. You’ll love the wraparound porch and even when it’s warm outside, you can find a great place for the whole family to hang out and look at the creek as well as the yard. Everybody had plenty of space to move about and sleep, but was disappointed at the haphazard collection of glasses, dishes and cookware. We also had to go to the store to get garbage bags and dish soap. It looks like there’s miscommunication between the cleaning crew, the owners in the management company as there’s lots of lights out and several minor fixes like loose door knobs, and doors that don’t stay closed. I would highly recommend this location and home, but I’d bring my own paper goods and utensils if I stayed here again.

Immaculately clean house and stunning yard - more like a park with a gorgeous creek than a yard. The huge porch with tables had us eating outside the whole trip. Check-in was through a link - I had to go to a website, fill out information, pay a nonrefundable insurance policy of $39 that was not disclosed in booking. I didn’t know about any of that until check in day, so it was too late to make other arrangements or cancel and rebook elsewhere. So just be aware of that- every time I needed info on the unit, I had to go the the vrbo app, go to messages, click a link to go to an outside website, re-enter my booking info and then I could see things like WiFi information, and check in/out info. I’ve never had that many steps before so I prefer all that information in an email, but I could eventually get to it. Still would stay there again, now that I know about all the extra steps and fees, I just would have preferred that be more upfront. But it is a gorgeous and spacious home.
