New!! Be one of our first guests to enjoy the beautiful new organic/modern furnishings. The Bungalow is a well maintained single family home ready to host you and your family. This is a 650 sq. ft. small updated home. The home is quaint in size and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay.

The home is a stand alone, one level house with small kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave. The living room area is equipped with a couch and smart tv. One bedroom has a queen bed. One bedroom has a double bed. The house offers one full bath with tub/shower combo. Inside the home is a full size washer & dryer for your use. Walk outside the kitchen glass sliding doors into an enclosed Lanai with sitting area. Outside the home is a large mostly fenced in yard.

Parking is available for one car under the carport and one car in driveway.

**Please note: No third party reservations accepted. Reservations must be for the person staying in the home**
**Due to size there is no formal sit down dining area. Not suitable for small children**

You will have all the comforts of home including utensils, plates, pots, Kureig coffee machine, Brita water filter, bathroom towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, pillows, blankets, etc.

This home is located in Spring Hill in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. Visit Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and see the mermaids, take a river tour, or go to the water park. Try fishing, boating, SUP and kayaking at one of many local parks and rivers
