Very well kept house and the boat was great. Pool was too cold to get in. It was family friendly the only thing we did not like and I did not realize u til it was too late but we could. Or have anyone over so my granddaughter, bonus grandson and my new great-granddaughter and that is why we came down to meet her and spend time with the 3 of them and because they could not come to where we were staying we missed more precious time with them. Other than that it was very very nice
