Great house, upscale neighborhood close to everything. Pet friendly. 20ft pool

Very nice, professionally decorated, spacious home in quiet neighborhood. 15-25 minutes to local beaches and one hour to top rated beaches in Clearwater and St Pete. Kayaking, fishing or just hanging out there is plenty to see and do. 20ft above ground pool. Close to shopping and 40 minutes to Tampa airport. Full size crib for infant to child up to 45lbs. Pet friendly. We welcome up to two, well behaved dogs....no barkers please. No cats as owners have allergies. This is the owners second home graciously used by family and friends when not rented. So come on and join in the fun!

Spring Hill Florida

Needed a place to stay while visiting family and friends. The house was comfortable and met our needs, nice quiet neighborhood. Good location with easy access to many restaurants, stores and points of interest. Thank You!

Everything was great, and what we expected. The only thing we would improve is maybe a tv in the master bedroom, and a grill.

Spring Hill vaca

Easy to check in/out. Proximity to activities and shops were great while still being in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Worked perfectly for what we needed. If staying with more than four people the others need to stay on air mattresses which were not easy to find. Thankfully the couch is extremely comfortable and my 14-year-old slept on it with no problem. Everything you need in the kitchen. My only recommendation for improvement would be to have a cooler, beach towels,and an umbrella. We are from New England and flew down. These little extras would have made this place 100% perfect.
