Had an amazing week long stay at this property. Property owner is as nice as could be, very clean, and cozy. Beds are super comfy, we will be staying here again!

We enjoyed another stay in the country! Everything was as it should be and the place was clean. We had a great stay with our two little dogs. Thanks for a great place to call home for a few days.
Our family of 5 adults had a wedding in the area and enjoyed staying at this home close to the venue. The home was clean and beds were very comfortable. Beautiful area to visit.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. We take care of the cleaning for you so you can relax and enjoy yourself. I'm happy your fur babies enjoyed their special treats. Come back soon.
We booked for the New Year’s weekend to get away from the stressors of home, and it was perfect! We slept in, cooked in the kitchen, enjoyed the couch’s recliners, and watched movies all weekend!

If you are looking for a pleasant country setting this place is for you. Clean and comfortable. Coffee, snacks and doggie biscuits were nice touch.
Thank you.
Thanks for everything! Samson and I had a great time. Everything was terrific and it was such a peaceful, relaxing place to stay. Sam enjoyed meeting the cow, I think they are besties now, and we found great places to hike and explore in the area. Redd and Nicole thought of everything to make it a great stay and were wonderful!

It was such a pleasure to meet you and Samson! I'm so glad you both enjoyed your time here on the farm. I hope you come back and visit soon.
My partner and I brought my dog. We came from city living to here and it was such a relaxing refresher. The hosts were communicative and lovely. The place to stay was very clean and modern. We were able to access a state park nearby for the eclipse and close to major cities to visit family. We are definitely planning to come back. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed seeing the horses, donkey and cow on the farm. My wife enjoyed feeding the horses carrots. Private, very clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice. We will return with our 2 dogs again in the future. Thanks for a great 3 night stay. God Bless!

It was wonderful having you as guests here on the farm. You are welcome back anytime. God Bless you also.
After the hustle and bustle of a few days in Pittsburgh, the peace and quiet of being out in the country was perfect. Comfortable beds, clean house, and yummy treats that grought me back to my childhood. Our dog loved seeing the horses but fell in love with the cow. Close to several small towns for shopping. We highly recommend hitting the Honey Run Waterfall and picking up lunch at Friendly Meadows Country Store.Their deli sandwiches are amazing. Thank you!
The only problem I have with this place is on the listing it said there was a bbq and a hot tub and the house didn’t have either of those things. I didn’t really care too much about the hot tub but we had planned on using the grill for cooking so we had to change our plans a bit. Other than that we would definitely stay there again.

I'm not sure if you got properties mixed up or what but we have never listed a hot tub as an amenity because we don't have one. The grill is there. I talked to you while you were here and you never mentioned any of this to me.
My mother had business in ohio for a few days and i went along as her travel companion. I was there by myself for most of the 3 days we were there and never felt unsafe. I did bring my 2 overprotective and reactive chihuahuas along with us. Luckily i didn't have to worry about my dogs bothering anyone with their barking at everything unfamiliar. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. We also had a problem with our car the day we were due to leave and the owners were very kind and understanding when we requested a later check out time. My only complaint would be the cell reception. Both of our cellphones had no signal at all unfortunately. Will definitely stay again when in the area. The animals were all beautiful and a joy to watch throughout the day.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Barely adequate but not what we expected
The mobile home was reasonably clean. Provisions for dishes, cooking utensils, etc. were adequate. Cook stove burner trays badly need to be replaced. Water pressure was barely adequate. View from front was into an earthen bank and roadway. View from back window was directly into the wall of a machine shed. Pasture needed mowing and fence was in poor state of repair. The bed was comfortable and the window air conditioners kept the unit comfortable. All available previous reviews were glowing with praise. I don't understand why. Those were very misleading.

I'm truly shocked by this review to be honest but I started thinking about this from a person's view that is not familiar with country living or life on a farm. So the home was clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was good, kitchen was stocked well. The water pressure is not what you receive in the city but you can definitely have a nice shower. The shower is huge and beautiful. The "machine shed" is actually the barn our live stock use for shelter, here on the farm it is called a barn and has no machinery in it. You can see it from the bedroom window. Most people love that it is there and can hear Carlos mooing and Nestor making his special noises that donkey's make. You are close to the horses and most people enjoy feeding them carrot's which they really love. We alternate pastures so everyone has plenty of good grass to eat to a person not familiar with this I'm sure it looks like unmowed grass. The fence that is in "disrepair" is a moveable fence put in with small poles and electric fencing, it does take electric fencing to keep Carlos in his pasture. I don't think you want to come face to face with a 2000 pound bull. Hes sweet but extremely intimidating to strangers I'm sure. You are one of the few ppl that stayed on the farm that we never met. All of this could have been explained to you if you had ask. You would have learned why we do things the way we do on our farm. I'm sorry you feel the reviews are misleading I think it's a matter of you not understanding life in the country.
