Sunrise over the Sakonnet River and sunset over the Narragansett Bay, walk to private beach, three decks off back of house, water views from every window and more. Open floor plan, two living areas, gas fireplace, Breath taking view from roof top deck of tip of the island! Truly a special place to celebrate, relax and make memories with your entire crew. Comfortable situated on the tip of Common Fence Point.
