This is a 1st-floor unit of a duplex. There are about 6-8 steps up onto the front porch. Once inside your unit, you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom.
During your stay, you'll have full access to your unit and the amenities offered.
The neighborhood is right in the heart of Kansas City. It is a very convenient location with easy access to any stores, restaurants, and local attractions that you can think of.
Only 5 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC, and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crowner, Lego Lan Centd, and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
20 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead, and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh and Midtown Market grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS and Walgreens pharmacy.
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long-term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.

Lovely, bright and airy historic home with large windows, living room, and bedrooms. Nice front porch and backyard with beautiful trees for relaxing. Washer and dryer onsite, as well as coffeemaker (essential!). Easy 10-minute drive to downtown (via Uber). Our host provided great communication and service! Wonderful stay!
