This private beach side condo has been newly updated with all modern amenities and high end touches. Enjoy views of Lido Beach and downtown Sarasota. Close to many restaurants and amenities. Large, open floor plan, perfect for long term stays. Two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Master includes king bed with its own private full bath and walk in closet. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with plenty of storage. Smart TV's in living room and in both bedrooms. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Heated pool on the beach, as well as sauna on main floor locker rooms. Outdoor Grill available on pool deck. Bike rentals and scooters can be rented all along St. Armand's and Benjamin Franklin Drive. Additional single pullout available if needed.

This property is not a weekly rental. The condo association only allows a few rentals per year. This is a new listing as we have recently taken some time to update it. You can feel confident that you will enjoy a restful stay with all clean and new amenities you will need for a beachfront vacation.
What makes this property unique
This property has been newly updated. Enjoy the Gulf and intercostal view from this condo. Watch Spectacular sunsets and on a clear night, you can even see the shuttle launches or holiday fireworks from the lanai. All new luxury appliances. Induction cook top, Air Fry oven.
