We know that travel delays and late arrivals happen — especially with little ones in tow. A Small Favor: If you use a little from the pantry, we kindly ask that you leave a little behind for the next guests. It’s part of the warm, shared spirit that makes staying here so special.

House Rules at a Glance:

No smoking of any sort or vaping indoors (designated outdoor areas only)

Maximum of 2 dogs under 50 lbs

No dogs on beds or furniture

Dogs must be crated when left unsupervised - (crates provided)

No dogs allowed in the pool

No events, parties, or large gatherings

Primary guest must be 25+ to book

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

No food or drinks in the pool

Keep windows and doors closed when A/C or heat is on

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests

Maximum pets: 2 (per pet policy)

Security & Safety:

Exterior security cameras are in place for your safety (no interior monitoring)

Camera above garage (facing driveway)
Backyard camera (facing A/C units)

Use of the pool, kayaks, canal/waterways, and bicycles is at your own risk

Children and pets must never be left unattended, especially near water

Life jackets, bike helmets, and a removable pool safety gate are provided and located in the garage
