1825 Barn - Only 10 minutes to the Dreams Park! The original post and beam frame of the 1825 Barn was constructed c 1825. This home is actually 2 very early post and beam frames that were joined together. Your skilled host has built a contemporary home within the vintage framework. The result is a welcoming ambiance that combines the warmth and interest of re-purposed wood and modern amenities.

This rental enjoys an open and easy flow between living, dining, kitchen, and the outside patio. The entrance to the home is wheelchair friendly. To further accommodate guests there is a bedroom with a bath ensuite on the first floor. There is another bath off the common area on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms and a bath on the second floor.

1825 Barn shares the 35-acre well-groomed grounds, with two neighboring rental properties owned by the same host. Get to know other baseball tournament families and share baseball stories by the large built in firepit under the stars. The property backs up to the Fly Creek Cider mill; your host maintains a footpath to the Fly Creek Cider Mill for easy access.

This guy s a very nice house! It is stocked with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host, Rob was quick to respond to messages. The location is very close to the Cooperstown attractions and the Fly Creek Cider Mill (Walking distance). We would definitely stay here again.

This home (including the kitchen) had everything we needed for our stay in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament. The location was excellent and the host was friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Dream Park. The location was great, as it is about a 15 minute drive. It is also located within 7 minutes of 2 different grocery stores and another 10 minutes to downtown Cooperstown. The house itself was quiet and had a nice outdoor patio where we ate and overall was a very good option for us and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend

Great weekend getaway!

The owners were wonderful! Great location to hit many local attractions (Cooperstown, Breweries, Cider Mill). The house was perfect for our group and nicely stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed having morning coffee outside on the patio and wine around the fire pit at night. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Lovely property. Very easy, comfortable stay. Beautiful pond with frogs and a turtle. House and landscaping well cared for and clean. Loved Cooperstown!!!! Such a charming town in the center of some of the most beautiful landscaping I’ve ever seen! Will be returning and would love to stay here again.

What I appreciated most about 1825 Barn was it's practicality. Everything works and works well. It was well stocked-- kitchen supplies, towels, pillows, fans, etc. Instructions were clear and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Visited with our adult daughters = 6 adults. Enough space for us. Nice size table - we could do a puzzle at one end while eating at the other. Fire pit was a nice night of toasting marshmallows for s’mores. Called for help with the tv channels - response and resolution was great. Called for a pan to bake brownies - response/delivery of a pan was quick. We’d definitely return. Thank you for everything!
