A great time in a great space

From the very beginning of the process, the property owners were wonderful! They always answered my questions quickly. The payment process was easy. I moved into a very clean space. I particularly enjoy the neighborhood and the proximity to restaurants and a movie theater. I was also within walking distance of great trails and a park. The house itself met my all of my needs. I love that it has a large garage and a really nice pool in the backyard. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if I return for another stay! Thank you Emilio And Tracy!

Perfect place to stay while enjoying Palm Desert

The house is clean and has a nice backyard. Bring sweats to sleep in and ugg boots to walk around the tile on, because it gets cold in the winter and owner caps the heat at 72 degrees, which sounds fine , until it’s 45 outside.

We responded to the guests messages very quickly and kindly. We also made our house rules very easy and clear but she appeared not to have read them. But we are flexible people. We feel we were accommodating by allowing her to check in 5 hours early with very little advance notice. The house is quite warm and upon her notifying us she wanted it warmer, we unlocked the Nest thermostat. Perhaps she was not aware of this and did not try to turn up the heat. But alas there is the rare occasion when you just can’t make someone happy and this was one of them.
