Grassy Waters - GOODYEAR LAKE - Grassy Waters is located on the northern channel of the lake; it has a double lot which provides a large, level side yard. Grassy waters is convenient to all area baseball tournaments - in Cooperstown and Oneonta.

This immaculate summer cottage enjoys a gentle approach to the water and a private dock. The open deck facing the water is an ideal location for outdoor seating and dining. There is an enclosed sunroom across the width of the cottage overlooking the lake.

The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen has a cathedral ceiling and a bistro height dining table. The tasteful décor is inviting and comfortable. Your hosts provide a 42" SMART TV and a foosball table for family entertainment. Canoe, kayak, and stand up paddle board rentals available nearby.
