Newly renovated, home located in the historic downtown area of Gettysburg. Short walking distance to restaurants, trendy shops, Lincoln Square, Gettysburg College, numerous tourist attractions and museums. Near the National Military Museum, Cemetery, battlefields, Liberty Ski Resort and golfing. Guests will enjoy plenty of space and privacy inside my home and private, fenced backyard. Free off street parking for two vehicles. Fast Internet. 55" Roku TV. This is a single home with backyard and free parking in the heart of downtown Gettysburg. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and extra pillows and blankets. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a KING sized mattress and attached bathroom and shower. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a Queen bed and the other bedroom with 2 full sized mattresses. All bedrooms have closets with built in shelves. There is a full kitchen and dining room with plenty of seating. Handicapped ramp to back door. **No wheelchair accessible bathrooms**

This home maintains its historic charm, with original hardwood floors and exposed brick in some areas while including modern conveniences like central air and heat. You are downtown! Fifty yards to restaurants, coffee shop and boutique shopping. Walk one block to town square. Nearby ghost tours, museums and ice cream shops. Technically, you will be sleeping on the first days battlefield. On July 1st 1863 The Union soldiers retreated through town fighting in the streets, houses and backyards of this town.
