The property was in perfect walking distance to the historic district and the marine center. Our host was responsive to our requests. The property owners need to remove bikes from their rental description.

Great place to enjoy historic St Augustine

We enjoyed our stay - the house was clean and modern and as advertised. About a 20 minute walk to the heart of the historic district close enough to enjoy without lol the traffic during Nights of Lights!

The host was awesome, home was clean, very nicely decorated, had everything we needed. Check in was super easy. Had a nice surprise when we arrived, there was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter. Would definitely rent again. Highly recommend!

Awesome Location

Overall amazing experience in this property. The place is spacious, the owners were fantastic and I could easily walk/bike right into downtown St Augustine. Only improvement I’d recommend is to the wifi which was very slow. Other than that, this was a great spot!

Everything we needed was there ; all we needed was food and our clothing. The 2 bicycles were a plus to tour around the town. We also walked from the house to the historical downtown. Very enjoyable. This was our 2nd vacation at this home 🏡 😃

Retirement time

Very happy with our stay. It was just like the photos on the sight. It was close to everything we were interested in. The area was peaceful and we’d love to return in the future. The only problem was the tv we tried every day and never had any luck , thankfully we didn’t vacation there to sit around and watch tv.

Perfect Place

The overall experience is one to remember. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Saint Augustine. This property was very clean and presentable. We honestly can’t believe that this gem existed and are very happy with our experience. Everything is very close to the rental property so the 2 bikes at the rental property gave us the opportunity to explore the neighborhood and local stores. We would love to revisit Saint Augustine again using this exact property in the near future.

Lots of things broken and missing, not as promised

The property looked nice when we walked in, but many things are broken/missing and is just not acceptable for the price charged. For example, our front window was broken and taped together with packing tape, there were no window coverings in the bedrooms and we had to block the morning sun with lines of pillows or be woken up at 645am, the spout on the coffee pot was broken, we were given one hand towel for 2.5 bathrooms, we were only given one coffee for a 3 night stay, comforters had random brown stains on them, though they provided cornhole, there were not enough beanbags, the bikes had rusted chains and flat tires (though they allowed us to borrow bikes from their next house), there was someone else’s dog poop in the back yard which was filled with weeds and anthills…. If you charge a premium price, (and nonrefundable fee), the expectations are higher than what was provided.
